Cool Idea. I think it would be way cool to have a another directory that has a few screen-casts on how to do things. I think the hardest thing about Drupal is wrapping your head around blocks and nodes, or just knowing what to do at the very beginning. I remember, the first thing that I thought was, "Gee what do I do now?"
