This is not a library website proper, but is maintained at a library (Simon Fraser University Library).

Content Creation Kit, Biblio, Search Attachments, plus a custom module that allows anonymous users to register their Public Knowledge Project sites (using the Open Journal Systems, Open Conference Systems, or PKP Metadata Harvester). This module provides a custom entry form that creates a CCK site entry; the site admins get an email notice and then moderate the site for publication and listing. The site also uses a custom page snippet to list the three types of entries and a custom block snippet to create a "Featured site" block.
